Release of fdsnws station service to 1.0.13

Hello WS users,

The DMC has updated the fdsnws-station service to version 1.0.13:

http://service.iris.edu/fdsnws/station/1/version

Changes include:

* Fixed a bug related to polynomial input/output units being missing when no other filters are provided.

This release is backwards compatible with all request tools.
