Thread: SAC 'make check' error

Dear Casey Kuo,

First, thanks for letting us know about this. The ‘make check’ command is primarily used to make sure sac stays consistent as the internal code is fixed. This function runs pytest.py and you can get an idea of why it might be failing by running pytest.py directly.

cd /home/oper/build/t
python2.7 ./pytest.py -r testsuite/input/add

Now, I am not very concerned about why it is failing as the test suite was retooled to be more flexible and have better error reporting. As such, we are promising a new version by the end of this year.

I've installed the SAC package and I can plot stuff, but the 'make check' command throws out a pytest.sh error along with quite a few undefined header warnings. I've included the output in a text file since it's quite long. Thanks for the help.
