Hi,

I'm trying to compilate Sac 101.5c in Ubuntu 12.10 with Matlab 2012A using
this command line: ./configure --enable-png
--prefix=/home/fdias/Programs/sac-101.5/
--with-matlab=/home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a.

And I get this:

*checking /home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a/extern/include/matrix.h usability... yes
*

*checking /home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a/extern/include/matrix.h presence... no*

*configure: WARNING: /home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a/extern/include/matrix.h:
accepted by the compiler, rejected by the preprocessor!*

*configure: WARNING: /home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a/extern/include/matrix.h:
proceeding with the compiler's result*

*checking for /home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a/extern/include/matrix.h... yes*

*checking for library containing engOpen... no*

*checking for "/home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a/bin/matlab"... yes*

*checking for Matlab libraries... Not Found*

*The libeng.so file is in /home/fdias/MATLAB/R2012a/bin/glnxa64/ *

How should I proceed?

*
