The IRIS Early Career Investigators (ECI) Working Group is committed to the encouragement and support of mentorship opportunities and the integration of ECIs into their research and education communities. Hi ECI, I don't know how many of you are on the IRIS Bulkmail list (maybe all of you), but an email went out yesterday evening talking about the new Special Events application that the IRIS DMC Data Products guys have been working on. Essentially it is a one-stop-shop collection and distribution point for new data visualizations and products associated with a specific event of interest. All, If you are interested in working with an outstanding undergraduate student this summer, please keep IRIS's Undergraduate Internship Program in mind. This program, supported by the NSF, has been highly successful at encouraging and supporting students in the geoscience career pipeline.
