Hello Support, Thank you for providing such a great suite of web service products, they have been extremely useful for my research which examines the atmospheric pressure data collected by the US Transportable Array (TA). For my work, the timeseries product has been immensely helpful, however I've run into a bit of a snag over the last week when attempting to query data from the LDO/BDO channels for the TA and N4 networks (pressure data from the Setra 278 sensors). I'm able to query and see … [more]

Hello WS users, The DMC has updated the irisws-resp service to version 1.6.7 http://service.iris.edu/irisws/resp/1/ The release corrects two RESP formatting problems with channel responses containing polynomial coefficients. These formatting problems were introduced in the previous version (1.6.6) which was deployed on November 24, 2014. (1) polynomial coefficient errors were not being displayed (2) polynomial coefficient indices (i) were 1 based rather than 0. Illustrative example - pre… [more]

The MUSTANG system is an ambitious project designed to bring data quality analysis web services to IRIS DMC, covering the entirety of the data archive, from past to present time. It provides station operators and earth scientists ready access to measurements that are scientifically useful and reflects the state of instrumentation that record seismic data. The goal of MUSTANG is to provide greater visibility of instrument health as well as store a quantitative record of data quality for the pur… [more]

Hello, how frequently is the availability information updated at the IRIS server side? If I do now an inventory request using e.g. http://service.iris.edu/fdsnws/station/1/query?network=IU&station=ANMO&channel=BHZ&location=10&level=channel&includeavailability=TRUE&start=2014-11-26T12:00:00 then I get as availability time span for that stream <DataAvailability><Extent start="1998-10-26T20:35:58" end="2014-11-25T12:00:00"/></DataAvailability> which ends about a day ago. However, the data are… [more]
