Final Reminder for the Annual IRIS Membership Meeting. We hope to see

(Reception begins at 6:00 p.m.)

One Ricon Center, 101 Spear Street
San Francisco

The business of this meeting includes the election of members to the  
Board of Directors, as well as reports from the Chairman, President  
and Standing Committee Chairs.

Annual Reception
The Annual Reception will be held prior to the business meeting.  
Member Representatives, staff members and students of Member  
institutions, as well as friends, are cordially invited to attend.

Election Procedure
If Member Representatives have not yet mailed their proxy ballots for  
election of Board Members, ballots can be submitted in person during  
the reception prior to the Annual Meeting.  Please note: all ballots  
must be submitted by 7:00 p.m.

IRIS Booth and Exhibit
We encourage you to visit the IRIS booth, #215 – 217 at Moscone  
Center West, from Tuesday, December 12, through Friday, December 15.
