Dear Colleagues:

We would like to draw your attention to the following special
session being convened at the Fall 2007 AGU meeting:

------------------------------------------------------------------
T32: Expanding Our Understanding of the East Asia Lithosphere:
Results from Seismic, Gravity, Electromagnetic, Geodetic and Other
Geophysical Methods

This session highlights research relevant to analyzing and imaging
the structure of East Asia, one of the most tectonically complex
areas recently opened to broad, cooperative study. We welcome
presentations examining a broad range of geophysical properties of
the region, with focus on data, new analysis techniques or modeling
of the region, and associated tectonic interpretations. Contributions
may focus on local or regional analysis of any appropriate
geophysical data set. We especially encourage studies using joint
methods or combined data types.

Conveners:

Charlotte Rowe Youshun Sun
Los Alamos Nat'l Lab M.I.T.

If your work involves geophysical studies of the crust and upper
mantle in East Asia, please consider contributing to this session.
Abstract deadline is 6 September.

Online submissions can be made at the following URL:
