ENSCO's GeoSystem Solutions Division, in Melbourne, Florida, is  
actively seeking to expand its seismo-acoustic analysis team. He/she  
will provide technical leadership to the seismo-acoustic group.   
Candidates must have a BS or equiv.; min. 7 years experience in  
Geophysics or a related field and direct experience in analysis of  
acoustic (seismic, hydroacoustic, and/or infrasound) waveform data  
and acoustic wave propagation from local and regional sources. PhD or  
equiv. experience strongly preferred. The successful candidate must  
understand acoustic wave propagation and be able to apply it to  
conduct analysis of geophysical data and develop data processing  
techniques. Digital signal processing and time series analysis  
expertise required. Established record of geophysical scientific  
research and publication in referred journals required. Experience  
with acoustic signal detection algorithms, ray tracing, seismo- 
acoustic analysis software, and statistical analysis strongly  
desired. Successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent  
oral and written communication skills.  Applicants selected will be  
subject to a government security investigation and must meet  
eligibility requirements for access to classified information, US  
citizenship required.  Possession of an active TS/SCI security  
clearance strongly desired.
