[iris-bulk] Important PASSCAL Review - request for input

As part of the current Cooperative Agreement with NSF, IRIS is  
required to conduct a program review of PASSCAL. An important part of  
this review is input from the user community and you are requested to  
fill  in a short experiment evaluation form for your experiment(s) by  
February 8, 2008: http://www.passcal.nmt.edu/forms/EvalForms.html

The results of this review will have a large impact on the future of  
PASSCAL and your responses are important.
