Research Fellow in Site Response and Microzonation

School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), Nanyang  
Technological University (NTU), Singapore invites applications for a  
research appointment at the Research Fellow level in site response  
analysis. Applicants should possess a PhD in relevant disciplines,  
preferably, within the last five years. PhD candidates who will  
complete his/her study shortly are also invited to apply. The  
successful candidate is expected to conduct research in the areas of  
3D site response analysis and seismic microzonation of Singapore.  
Prior knowledge in computational seismology, site response analysis  
and GIS software, such as ArcGIS, is essential. The successful  
candidate should have good English writing skill. The appointment will  
initially be made on a two-year fixed-term basis, with a possibility  
for extension upon satisfactory completion of the first fixed-term  
contract. We offer competitive salary, which will commensurate with  
the candidate’s qualification and experience. Interested applicants
