Dear Colleagues,

We'd like to alert the community that a Long Range Science Plan for  
Seismology (LRSPS) on-line Forum is now open at:

http://www.iris.edu/hq/lrsps/forum

This forum will be a place to post and discuss ideas and issues  
related to the September 18-19 Workshop.

Please note that anyone can read the discussions, but if you want to  
contribute to the discussions, you can sign up for the forum at:

http://www.iris.edu/hq/lrsps/forum/ucp.php?mode=register

After signing up, you will be sent an email that will contain  
instructions to complete your registration.  Once you are registered,  
you can login to the forums and post a reply to a topic (to post a  
reply to a topic, click the red button labeled "Post Reply" and this  
will then let you enter text that will be posted to this topic).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE FOR APPLYING TO THE LRSPS WORKSHOP HAS  
BEEN EXTENDED TO AUGUST 4TH.  YOU MAY APPLY AT: http://www.iris.edu/hq/lrsps/
