The beta version of program RAYDYNTRACE for the computation of banana-
doughnut kernels, made available last year through the CIG software
site, has been replaced with RAYDYNTRACE version 1.0.
The new version fixes a bug in ellipticity corrections for surface
reflections such as pP. It als has an option to create tables of
travel times and geometrical spreading along a series of rays, useful
to compute banana-doughnut kernels when the paraxial approximation
fails near the antipode. The manual has been updated.
The software is available through the CIG software website:
http://geodynamics.org/cig/software/packages/seismo/
(scroll down to Princeton Dynamic Ray Tracing Software).
We thank all users who have given us feedback.
