[iris-bulk] Earth Science greatest hits

Dear SCEC, UNAVCO and IRIS members:  This poll run by the National  
Academy of Sciences lists geo-positioning as one of the top  
achievements of space-based earth science.  I think this would be a  
very positive outcome for solid earth if this aspect of Earth science  
were to be recognized at the level that it deserves.
