<html><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">The intention of the International Scientific Studies conference (ISS'09), organized by the CTBTO in VIenna, June 10-12, 2009, is to provide a forum for dialogue between scientists, diplomats and the media, on issues related to the capability and readiness of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty's (CTBT) verification regime.<br><br>- This is the ice-breaking opportunity for the seismological community to cooperate with IMS, with a clear mechanism for data access in the framework of ISS'09: specific data requests, specifying a time period, a set of stations can be made by sending e-mail to<br><a href="mailto:iss@ctbto.org">iss@ctbto.org</a>. <br>In this framework, data can also be requested to demonstrate the usefulness of the IMS network for basic science.<br><br>There is an opportunity for travel support for junior researchers at US academic institutions from NSF.
