[data-issues] polarity reversal for XM.TX06

HI

I think there is polarity reversal on the horizontals of XM.TX06. I've 
attached plots from wilber showing record sections for Z, N and E with 
a clear reversal on the N and E for TX06.

I tried to find the data report for this network to see if this is a 
known problem, but was unsuccessful.

I presume that this type of polarity reversal could be fixed with a 
negative gain in the response?
