[data-issues] Fwd: NL.HGN. .BHZ as ascii data???

There are multiple options to how this can be done, here are the  
favorites:

1) msi -> http://www.iris.edu/chad/msi-2.0.tar.gz

which will spit out ASCII using the -D option

or

2) mseed2sac -> http://www.iris.edu/pub/programs/converters/ 
mseed2sac-1.1.tar.gz

which will write ASCII SAC.

3) If you have a dataless SEED, you can use "rdseed" --> http:// 
www.iris.edu/manuals/
  and click on "SEED Readers".
  The dataless SEED for this station is available at --> http:// 
www.iris.edu/pub/RESPONSES/DATALESS_SEEDS/
and named NL.dataless
