[data-issues] bad responses for XA2002

Hi

Sorry to post yet another response problem so quickly, yet another  
report from a downstream user. It seems that pretty much all channels  
for XA2002 have invalid responses. The list of channels is at the  
bottom.

Is there any tools available for me to make a better diagnosis of the  
response problem? I did run verseed on the dataless for this network,  
but it found no problems. So, I assume verseed does not detect  
whatever type of error this is. Any chance of verseed being updated  
to detect these response problems, so they are less likely to get  
into the database in the first place?
