[data-issues] mag 9.5 bogus event in db

Hello, Philip-
  The IRIS DMC has been aware that these events populate
the catalogs, and a conscious decision was made to leave them
in place and have them altered at the source.
  Thanks for the note, and since you are contacting the ISC, we
will not ask them again.
