[data-issues] Real-Time data issue with IU data

Dear Data-Issues Group-
  This note is to inform you that the IRIS DMC received corrupted  
miniSEED
data files for the following stations on these 2 days. We have cleaned  
up
the archive holdings, (post-BUD) eliminating the data tagged with the  
"R" quality code. These
will be sent with the "Q" quality code, so understand that no data  
will be lost.
However, since some users may have received these data using the IRIS  
DMC
SeedLink service, you should be aware that these do not conform to the  
SEED
format and should be replaced. You will not be able to decompress the  
data,
so this message is an entry into the record.
