[data-issues] newlines in station name for CN.FRB

Hi

Looks like there are several more CN stations with this issue, see
wily here, although the line breaks are surpressed in wily's output:

Here are some examples:
FRB  	IQALUIT, NU, CANADA A A
RES 	RESOLUTE, NU, CANADA A
INK   	INUVIK, NT, CANADA NADA A
WHY 	WHITEHORSE, YT, CANADA DA
YKW3 	Yellowknife, NT, CANADA.A
DRLN 	DEER LAKE, NL, CANADA A 	
SADO 	SADOWA, ON, CANADA A A

You would think that the Canadians could spell "CANADA", but I guess not!
