[data-issues] MI network BHE dip=-90

Thanks Philip,  I know that the AF stations have been noticed in the 
last week (I think that all three components had the same azimuth and 
dip).  Brian Bagley at Penn State was determining who there still 
manages the meta-data for the Africa Array stations so it can be corrected.
