wrong sample rate. Instead of the quoted 20 samples/second it should be 40

font-family:Arial'>I verified this with our local technicians in charge of this
station.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

internal metadata being inconsistent, because a data query for a given time
interval (through the web service) returns the correct number of samples for this
interval. Using the metadata provided, this is than interpreted as data for a
