[dhi-servers] IRIS Data Center affected by Isilon outage

	The Isilon RAID archive has experienced an unplanned outage which  
will affect users of the IRIS_DataCenter DHI service for seismograms.

	The cause of the BUD Data Center outage is not known, but service  
has been restored.

	We are continuing to isolate a bug in extracting data from specific  
stations, most notably BK network stations, in accesses from the  
Isilon RAID archive.
