[dhi-servers] BUD is down

	IRIS developers began looking at the issue as soon as the alert  
popped up.  The BUD server was not down, but indications are that it  
was drawing on a considerable amount of CPU and possibly an  
overabundance of memory, which may have hindered performance.  A  
review of the logs is being performed to see if there are any clues  
as to the level of activity on the BUD server that may have caused a  
performance issue.

	The BUD server has been restarted.
