Hi

The site id (aka loc id) in seismograms being returned from the  
IRIS_DataCenter is being trincated. We send a request with space- 
space as the site it, and the seimograms that come back have a zero  
length string for the site id. Site ids are supposed to be exactly 2  
characters and so it would be best if you could use space space.

Currently, Bud and Pond seem to keep the site id as space space from  
what I can tell.
