[dhi-servers] response for UU.HVU. .HHZ

Yep, they come from separate pieces of code, but the DHI response is  
intended to be able to contain the same information as is found in a  
full seed response, the DHI response missing the polezero stage is  
the issue. For responses of "normal" seismic channels, seismoquery  
and dhi should return identical results. If not then there is likely  
either some bad data in the response or a bug in the code.

At any rate, waiting for Sue is best as I am sure she can figure this  
out very quickly.
