[dhi-servers] BUD doing its NO_MEMORY again

Hi

We are seeing NO_MEMORY from the BUD again today. Please let us know  
if/when you will be able to fix this problem. We are approaching the  
1 year anniversary on this bug and it would be really nice if it  
could be squashed.
