[dhi-servers] status of SCEDC DHI servers

Hi

I would like to make use of the SCEDC DHI servers. However, both of  
the seismogram servers (SCEDC_DataCenter and SCEDC_DataCenter_logan)  
seem to be down or at least not working correctly at present. Can you  
let me know if/when you might get this back up?

The SCEDC_logan one fails with a:
org.omg.CORBA.TRANSIENT: Retries exceeded, couldn't reconnect to  
131.215.68.84:17505 vmcid: 0x0 minor code: 0 completed: No

while the SCEDC one times out.

Also, the SCEDC event server also has a "couldn't connect" failure,  
so it seems to be suffering the same problem.
