[dhi-servers] NetworkDC outages being investigated

	IRIS DMC is currently working on a metadata bug with the NetworkDC  
service.  The autodrm linkage to DHI is somehow crashing NetworkDC  
when it queries a certain station's channel for responses.  We're  
looking into the problem and will try to keep the service up as much  
as possible as we evaluate the cause.
