[dhi-servers] Changed: FAILED - IRIS BUD

	We are currently going through a server upgrade for BUD, as  
announced on our web page, which will affect the BUD_DataCenter for a  
short while.  Total downtime is unknown, but expected to be a few  
hours at most.  Other DHI services should be running correctly, but  
we will tackle outages on those services as needed.
