[dhi-servers] temporary BUD shrinkage

	A notice to users of IRIS's BUD_DataCenter:

	Due to the need to initiate a regular backup stream of BUD data to  
an offsite facility and because the current volume in the BUD is  
making it prohibitive to jumpstart this mirroring over a finite  
bandwidth, we are temporarily shrinking all of the data holdings in  
the BUD to 7 days prior.

	This action will allow us to complete the initial backup much more  
expediently and the BUD will begin to expand back to its original  
state over the next couple of months.  It is our hope that the impact  
to BUD DHI users will be minimal, and no data will be lost from the  
IRIS primary archives as a result of this action.
