[dhi-servers] XI.TEND response problem

Hi Sue/Rick

I am getting an error when I ask for the response for XI.TEND.02.BHZ  
for time 20000418T00:28:02.998Z (04/18/2000) from the IRIS network  
DHI server. It appears that there is waveform data, but no response.  
 From seismoquery it looks like there is a response that covers this  
time ( 03/07/2000 to 03/11/2001). Can you look in your server logs  
and see if there is something invalid about this response? It appears  
that many stations from this network are similarly effected, although  
I only did extensive testing on TEND.

Rick, if Sue finds something invalid, is there any chance of getting  
it fixed since this network is so old?
