[dhi-servers] XI.TEND response problem

Philip,

I am tired of being the exception handler for fissures.  In dhi2 (if  
this is ever done), there must be some way to programmatically report  
the problem to the users.  This takes up way to much of my time  
needlessly to look through logs to see what errors are occurring when  
these could be reported back to the client program programmatically.   
If there is a way to do this currently, please let me know.
