I am not sure. You can check the status of various servers with wily:
http://www.seis.sc.edu/wily

There does seem to be some problem with the DMC name service. I am
forwarding this to them to see if they have any ideas.

condition.  A restart is underway.

(The error message is then repeated four more times.)



Many thanks for all the work with SOD, which I gratefully use as part
of my research into anisotropy in D'' at the University of Bristol.
Ian Bastow is something of a champion of SOD, and functions as a fount
of knowledge with these things.
