[dhi-servers] Changed: FAILED - IRIS DMC, FAILED - IRIS Pond, FAILED - IRIS Archive

	Not sure of cause of these outages yet, but there have been some  
reports of database dropouts occurring.  On a preventative note, IRIS  
DMC will be undergoing a filesystem migration on Sunday in hopes of  
addressing both performance and uptime issues observed as of late.  We  
will try to address these DHI problems in the meantime.
