[dhi-servers] Notice: Database downtime on Sunday will affect DHI services at IRIS DMC

Hi Rob

Not sure what you all did, but the bud server seems a lot faster now. The
updates for our plottable server went an order of magnitude faster this
morning compared to last week.

Anyway, just thought I would chime in with some good news for a change!
