[irised] SnagIt settings for sending files to the IRIS site

Russ at IRIS has found that the ftp settings that I had described in 
my instructions were causing many unnecessary entries to the ftp log 
file at IRIS.  I've modified the posted instructions:

In particular the screen shown here:

has been modified to eliminate the extra log-file entries.

If you are currently sending your helicorder image to IRIS, please 
make those changed in SnagIt and save the modified settings.  Also, 
thank your for sharing your data!

If you're not yet running SnagIt, but have Internet access on your 
AmaSeis compute, please consider installing SnagIt.  It's easy to 
do.  Just download the "trial" version:

Once it's running, let me know and I'll send you the name and 
password paid for by IRIS.
