[OBSIPtec] Instrument Response Update for SIO Cascadia Filtered Stations

Hi all,

SIO has updated the response of the Navy filtered channels for the Cascadia Initiative (channels BX1, BX2, BXZ, BXH). Specifically, the sensitivity of the analog to digital response stage in the response files have been updated. The changes to the response files impact some of the Cascadia data that were already archived in the IRIS DMC.

Updated dataless files for Cascadia Year-1, Year-2, and Year-3 with the new filtered response were uploaded to the DMC on 12/4/14.  Updates and changes to the Cascadia dataset in the IRIS DMC can be tracked on the OBSIP website:http://www.obsip.org/experiments/experiment-list/2011/cascadia/cascadia-data-updates-and-changes/

NOTE: These changes will result in response updates to dataless files exclusively, all time series data for all instruments remain unchanged.
