[OBSIPtec] 2015 OBS Symposium Presentations

OBSIP User Community,

The 2015 OBS Symposium gathered over 100 attendees in Vancouver, 
Washington, for a two day program to highlight the research made 
possible by current OBS technology and to discuss what instrumentation 
is needed for future experiments.  Presentations can be viewed on the
