[qc-issues] Unknown instrument problem

Hi all,

I was recently give some example data that included some apparent instrument
problems.  I was not provided much information further than the sensor is
probably an STS-2.

Attached are two images illustrating problems that the operator is seeing,
it's unclear if the source of the problem is the same or multiple problems exist.

If anyone recognizes these signals please let me know.
