[SAC-HELP] Response file in sac format

There are different versions of "sac response files." One is the
pole-zero file. you should be able to get these files either from the
IRIS database or from a SEED volume that includes data from such
instruments.

Here is a pole-zero file from a station that I think has a CMG-3T sensor
in the format understood by SAC.

ZEROS 3
POLES 5
-0.0370 0.0370
-0.0370 -0.0370
-502.7000 0.0000
-1005.0000 0.0000
-1131.0000 0.0000
CONSTANT 1.091252e+18

The constant should -- at least in principle -- be fine-tuned via a
calibration. This is for a vertical component, but I think it will be
the same for the horizontals.
