[SAC-HELP] clarifying calls to TRANSFER

Inspired by the recent discussion about TRANSFER on this list, I am 
putting in the following paragraph in the TRANSFER HELP file:

       Care must be taken when calling TRANSFER a second time within
       a single SAC session, because in the second call TRANSFER will
       use the same arguments for FROM, TO, FREQ, etc. as in the first
       call unless an alternative argument is explicitly provided.
