[SAC-HELP] ERROR: Number 901 in INITCOMLISTS

The messages you are getting from SAC look like the SACAUX environment  
variable is not set correctly.
If it were, your should see something like

/home/ctuser/sac/aux/csspickprefs
and
/home/ctuser/sac/aux/clstd

You may have a return or extra character in the environment variable.   
You can check this by doing
% echo "- $SACAUX -"
