Hi,
Sorry, oops! I had posted the wrong time span. The response file from
IRIS has the same poles and zeros throughout. Allow me the repost:

>From all helps and also to my understanding that the instrument may change
over different times, therefore the poles and zeros should be different
from time to time.
But at least from my requested file, it is pretty much the same through out
2000-2011.
