[SAC-HELP] change header

Dear Sir /Madam
i'm new to sac-help page. I think we can not find our answers good in this
page.Because there is no subject research!
My question: I want to add a Header called T7 to my earthquakes and give
integer values to it.how can I do that for all of my earthquakes?
