[webservices] Regional network reviewed event catalogs as a web-service?

Hi Rob,

Our ws-event (www.iris.edu/ws/event) service returns all of the event catalogs we have at IRIS, everything that is available via SeismiQuery should be available via ws-event. I do not believe there are any automated solutions included by any of the contributors, so in that sense all of them are reviewed. There are no plans to ingest more regional network catalogs into our system, most of what we have is global or national in scope and then the ANF solutions that may contain lower magnitude events for regions in the conterminous US.
