[webservices] IRIS web services are moving to service.iris.edu

Hello web service users,

All of the DMC's web services are now available at http://service.iris.edu with updated the online documentation.  
Web services currently available under www.iris.edu/ws/ will continue -unmaintained- until December 31st 2013.

How to upgrade  to the new services:

* If you access services using software that is maintained by the DMC, simply update your software with new versions as they are released.

* If you access services with your own software or scripts, you are encouraged to use the services in their new location.  
     +  Often the transition simply requires updating the base URL path. New paths are listed at  http://service.iris.edu/ 

Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding the new web services.
