[webservices] New release of irisws-resp service (version 1.6.6), no changes in usage

Hello web service users,

We have put version 1.6.6 of our irisws-resp service in production:
http://service.iris.edu/irisws/resp/1/ <http://service.iris.edu/irisws/resp/1/>

This update includes changes in how the DMC generates the RESP internally.

There are no changes in content or usage and the update should be transparent for all current use.
