Note: Left exit to I-495 North from I-66 East is an HOV-2 ramp open during the am HOV hours only. Red X lane (right shoulder) becomes a green arrow, regular traffic lane during HOV hours. Not a shoulder lane when the green arrow is displayed. Left lane is an HOV lane. I-66 Westbound
Note: Red X lane (right shoulder) becomes a green arrow, regular traffic lane during HOV-2 hours. Not a shoulder lane at this time. Left lane is an HOV lane. All lanes east and west inside the beltway are HOV-2.
