Dear all,

We kindly invite you to contribute to our session S015-Finite source attributes of earthquakes large and small. From the name you can see, we welcome studies on earthquakes of all shapes and sizes. We welcome both observations of source processes for specific earthquakes or sequences, as well as unified analyses of numerous seismic events in a consistent framework. We invite submissions that employ high-fidelity source solutions to decipher the critical factors controlling earthquake source behaviors. We solicit multidisciplinary studies that synergize observations from seismic and geodetic data, numerical modeling and theoretical studies, laboratory experiments, and earthquake geology.

We are happy to share our two invited speakers:
Will Steinhardt, postdoc from UC Santa Cruz
Yifan Yin, postdoc from MIT

Look forward to your submissions!

S015 conveners: Zhe Jia, Théa Ragon, Yifang Cheng, and Daniel Trugman
